COVID-19 Updates

District 6 has been actively engaged in working within the A.A. Service Structure to continue carrying the Message of A.A. to alcoholics during the COVID-19 Pandemic. If you would like to get involved with District 6 as a Group Service Representative, you are invited to attend our District 6 meetings, which are held on the last Wednesday of every month.

To stay up-to-date on A.A.'s COVID-19 response, visit the General Service Office website.  A list of online/phone meetings in the District can be found in this post on our website. The list is updated regularly. Information on how to continue the 7th tradition during virtual meetings can be found here.

The District 6 Cooperation with the Professional Community (C.P.C) Committee sent a letter on behalf of our A.A. groups to local courts regarding some groups' decision on signing attendance sheets at live meetings during times when risk of COVID transmission is high.

The letter, which was sent to the 54A District Court (Lansing), 54B District Court (East Lansing) 55th District Court (Mason); 56 A District Court, (Charlotte); and 65 A District Court, (St. Johns) can be found below or downloaded here. Any communication we receive back will be shared with groups. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at
